The issue of non-native speaking ESL/EFL teachers has been the source of some discussion on teacher-oriented electronic mailing lists within the past year. This site has the text of a review of a book which examines the experience of a non-native speaker of English as ESOL teacher. The review includes a chapter-by-chapter summary of the book. The author is an assistant professor Department of Middle Grades and Secondary Education, State University of West Georgia, USA.
